My Name is Eric LaShun and maybe you can relate to the life of an introvert

That’s pronounced, “La-Shawn”. But all my friends call me “E” which is short for Eric.

I’m the author of an upcoming book:

Freedom Is Foreign: Stoic Lessons Learned While Waiting For My Flight

My work has been read by hundreds of people on Medium with over 180 articles and has been featured in publications like Illumination, Change Becomes You, and Digital Global Traveler.

I have traveled to over 40 cities worldwide and counting as I aim for 100 cities:

In the last ten years, I discovered a passion for traveling, writing, and self-improvement, and created a life designed specifically for my introverted tendencies instead of feeling stuck and lost. Feeling lost most of your life sounds like the typical life of an introvert.

I say none of this to brag. I wanted to paint a picture of my current life to help you understand just how much I’ve changed. I want to show you all sides of my life to prove you can change too and live a dope life as an introvert.

Everything I write comes from personal experience. I encourage you to take what works for you and discard what doesn’t. I don’t want to tell you how to live your life. I want to help you discover how you want to live your life.

As an introvert, people have been trying to tell you how you’re supposed to live. You’re supposed to get a good job while being super extroverted, buy a huge house and have a million neighbors, have 2 and a half kids, play it safe, and work 9 to 5 Monday through Friday.

There’s more than one way to live. You don’t have to allow society to project its extroverted expectations onto you.

I want my writing to break through the matrix and societal narrative. I want to replace that narrative with one you and I create together.

Are you an introvert who is willing to give this whole personal development thing a shot? A real shot?
